CONTINUE WRITING DOWN WHAT YOU HAVE BEEN EATING AND INCLUDE: Eating AT LEAST 50% raw and 50% cooked, eliminating processed sugars, and including Irish sea moss in your smoothies and/or meals daily

Prompt: Since this is the last week in the course, it is now time for you to write about what it means to be on this vegan path to you. Considering this being the Module about the Principle of Cause and Effect, you have seen the effects of this way of eating and living and it's time to remember the cause now that you have learned so much about the importance of being vegan in order to continue the Revitalizing From Within benefits.

In addition, start to take note of what your favorite vegan menu options now. What kind of salads do you like creating? What kind of soups or stews have you grown found of liking(example curry stews...etc.) What kind of sandwiches or wraps can you create? What kind of smoothies and/or juices can you create? What kind of vegan burger, or stir fry veggie platters can you create? START BEING CREATIVE IN THE KITCHEN! THIS IS YOUR TIME :D

Directions:

  1. What are 3-5 major differences that you notice in your mental and emotional states related to what you eat now compared to how they were with what you were eating before?
  2. Have you noticed any weight loss?
  3. Do you have an increase in overall energy throughout each day?
  4. Do you still experience any cravings for old foods? If so write about where these cravings are coming from?
  5. Do you still experience emotional cravings to certain foods? (For example, feeling sad, feeling angry, feeling irritable...etc.)
  6. Observe the cause of these feelings and the effect trying to eat the feelings away versus using the positive coping skills you have been taught to move and grow through them.
