In this Module I want to see how your practice looks and your presentation of the 2 part Methodology: Rule of 4 Breathing and Geometric Progression.

Pick 1-2 sequences that you have learned thus far and take a video of your presentation of the sequence.

This will be sent to me as an assignment and you will do this throughout the rest of the course to test your growing knowledge of your Kemetic Yoga Moving Meditation Practice.

You are encouraged to watch these videos to help improve your own practice as time goes on even after this course!
