  3. Watch "What the Health" Documentary and take notes
  4. Read pages 1-68 of Ancient Future(Preface, Introduction and Chapter 1)
  5. Start your Daily Food Journal Prompt
  6. Start your Daily Yoga and meditation practice guided in Module 1.1 and Module 1.3 (Write down feelings after and what you experience during the practice)
  7. Lastly, after reading the 1st Chapter of Ancient Future, journal about what The Principle of Mentalism means to you and how you see it applied in your yoga practice and in your life.
