Directions:

  1. What are 5 of the most major things you have noticed on a vegan eating pattern now?
  2. Do you more energy or less?
  3. Continue to challenge yourself this week in making new recipes that you have never tried.
  4. What are the biggest obstacles in transitioning? Are there any? If so how are you overcoming them with the coping skills you are using?
  5. Do you notice any cravings to processed foods, artificial flavors, sweeteners, sugar, meat and dairy products?

THIS WEEK! You are being asked to cut out processed sugars! Fruits are the best sugars you can eat. Stick to Fruit Sugar only this week and see if you have even more energy!
