Positive Vs. Negative Coping Skills

ASSIGNMENT: Gratitude Vibrations Jar
A consistent practice of showing gratitude through action is what keeps the positive vibrations going and therefore, the revitalization process evolving.
Directions:
- Get a Jar and choose a spot near a window where the sun and the moon can shine their vibrant energy upon it.
- For 28 days, using sticky notes write down 3-5 gratitude statements "I give thanks..." "I am grateful for..."
- On the 29th day, open up the jar and reflect upon the abundance of gratitude you feel in your heart.
- Take note to any changes in your energetic, physical, emotional, and mental states. What changed?
