ASSIGNMENT: Gratitude Vibrations Jar

A consistent practice of showing gratitude through action is what keeps the positive vibrations going and therefore, the revitalization process evolving.

Directions:

  1. Get a Jar and choose a spot near a window where the sun and the moon can shine their vibrant energy upon it.
  2. For 28 days, using sticky notes write down 3-5 gratitude statements "I give thanks..." "I am grateful for..."
  3. On the 29th day, open up the jar and reflect upon the abundance of gratitude you feel in your heart.
  4. Take note to any changes in your energetic, physical, emotional, and mental states. What changed?
