Module #1.1 Meditation & Breathwork
In this section of this module, we are diving into the beginning of a daily mindfulness and meditation practice ad how it benefits the coping of stress throughout life's daily happenings. In this section, you will learn how to connect with a power greater than yourself whether you call that God, Allah, JAH, Most High, Creator/Creatress, or whatever name resonates most with you.

Watch and Practice from the videos below at least once as you rise in the morning and once before you fall asleep. Carve out 15-30 min everyday in the morning, evening and any other time you feel you need for the introduction of getting to know your breath which is the foundation of your mental health.
Write down how you feel after and what you experienced during the practice.
